Meditation

Meditation is a practice in which an individual or group of people use different techniques to train their mind in order to reach a higher and calmer state of mind.
Meditation is one of the best options to reduce the stress, increase our attention and awareness toward ourselves and the world around us. 
There are different techniques to meditate, such as: focusing our mind to specific thought, concentrating on breathing, and health status. 

Challenging the thoughts


Thoughts can be positive or negative, positive thoughts are high vibrational energy and 
have positive effect in our daily life; however, negative thoughts are thought that occur often and habitually and need to be challenged; otherwise can have detrimental effect in our health, personal and social life.

Stress

Stress may affect our health, thoughts and social life. For instance; headache, insomnia, high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes, depression, anxiety, family problem and decrease of productivity at work could be among of many side effects of stress. Stress must be reduced.
